Torque setting for cam cover bolts?

Got an oil leak from the top if the rocker/cam cover. Looks to be coming from a couple of the bolt.

was going to remove them one at a time and put some blue hylomer or similar onthem and redo them up.
Jut wondered what torque I need to do them to?

Or if you dont have a low range torque wrench, finger tight + 1/4 turn has never failed me.

Just remove one at a time and redo you won't need any sequence doing it that way.

So 12nm then really. Where did you get the pic from? I take it if I was to want the rocker off completely I would need to remove the belt?
