Torque settings for 182

I'll be diving in to a cambelt/dephaser change this weekend and was wondering if anyone could direct me to a list of all the torque settings for F4R 182 engine ?

Had to look these up myself today as Im doing the same job tomorrow
Crank bolt 40Nm + 110 deg
Tensioner 28Nm
Inlet pulley 120Nm
Exhaust pulley 30Nm + 86 deg
Idler pulley 55Nm

Yes I can, this is great. Is everything the same for the F4R 738, which I believe is what I have... i.e. the 182 engine ?

Pretty sure it is mate yeah. It's essentially the same block/engine setup from across all the ph1 and ph2's.

Do you have the Renault timing tools?
