torque settings

Anyone know the torque settings for rear dampers. I'm taking them off later, is there a certain torque they need at top and bottom?

The bottom bolt is 105Nm and the top nut is 20Nm

how important are these? don't wanna fork out 60quid on a wrench just so i can check the dampers

I've got a torque wrench and I've never bothered using on those bolts. Just common sense.
