TORQUE SETTINGS?

What torque setting should I tighten my ARP rod bolts to? I'm fitting new Renault big end bearings if this changes anything?

Also what should I tighten the dephaser pulley to (new dephaser).

Finally what should the crank pulley be tightened to? I've got a new bolt.

search the forum; I created a thread a while back with loads of torque settings in it for the 172/182's, it might be in there.

Looks like the arp's need to been done up 3 times at 42ftlbs.
