Touch Up Pen?

Went into renault the other day, ordered a touch up pen. Went to collect it, and was told that they no longer do them?

Is this right? Or is the renault parts place in stoke just a bit crap? :S

yeh i got one bout 2 months ago from there, really good parts department n fit bird on reception lol

i gave up on the leek road one after the whole trip computer incident, it took them 3 attempts to figure out what was wrong (it was completely fooked), then they ordered the wrong thing completely and were about to fit a new centre screen! absolutely rubbish there, just dont have a clue!
