tow eye broke!!

ifeel like the unluckiest bloke on earth at the mo,first me gearbox goes then i try to tow it so someone can look at it and the god damn tow decides to detach itself from my car taking a peice of my bumper with it!!!!!!!!does anyone know how the tow eye is etached to the valver and where i can get an original 16v front bumper from????????? thanx
