Tow eye spraying?

What's the best way to spray my tow eye?

I gave it a go yesterday and got fd up of holding the tow eye for ages, and then when i thought it was dry, it got stuck to the newspaper when i put it on there.

What method have you used/recommend?

Mine chipped really easy, probably best to get it powercoated for a lasting finish

Tie some fishing line around the thread section, and hang it.

Tbh I'd probably just spray it and live with it, rather than going to the process of getting it powercoated personally. If it's going to be pulling you out of the dirt all the time (depending on driving ) then it's going to get nackered anyways.

But LOL @ you sitting there looking bored holding a toe eye with half your hand painted for ages lol.

Hmm, i may make a phonecall to see if i can get this powdercoated. If not I may try the fishing line method. Now to find somewhere to hang it!
