Tow Strap (TRS)

Hi guys!

I have just bought a TRS tow strap for my mk2 black clio.. personally i think it looks quite nice but im quite stubborn as to what others think so i will let you guys judge haha

They are meant for if you go off track i believe? correct me if im wrong but i just bought it as it was £10 and looked alright

It bolts straight into your front bumber, the hole is already there for it bless it (That is on my mark 2)

And well thats all i can say i guess? I know quite alot of cars with them on, C2's being one of the main but hey! you have to try and be different right?

There they are, It takes abit of modifying to get it into the bolt hole on the mk2 clio, im not sure about other shapes (Y)

I didnt plan on! just wanted my car to have something unique that i havent seen on any other clios (well not many).

Was all just a visual thing, Its only a 1.6 16v, however next april that will be changing .

how did you get the bolt through the strap ive got one and it needs drilling out

They don't stay orange for long,ours looks right manky after a year.

I have a blue one but it but can't put it on the alfa lol

does anyone have a difiniative (or how ever its spelt) guide on how to fit one of these to a mk2 ph1??? the m16 bolt doesnt fit through the hole in the strap so i take it i will need to bore it out??

Yeah that's what I had to do with mine just need to make the hole bigger.

Sorry to bump did this strap fit straight on with the right bolt?

dubdub...you have to have the hole drilled out so it bigger..then fined the right size bolt and then done.

fitted mine in about half hour....
