toxic fume light is flashing on my 53 plate clio 1.2 16v. I've changed coil packs and plugs and lamda sensor and its still on. when slightly revving the car it sounds like a puff of air at the back of the engine and theres a slight misfire or more of a chugging. any ideas anyone?
