Toxic fumes lights just come on

Just drove back from Southend and my toxic fumes light has come on, I have a decat about 700/800 miles ago so thought it's a bit strange if it comes in because of that?

What can it be? And also will it be damaging the engine/car with it on?

Mine came on on the way home from Belfast one night, halfway down the motorway.

Didn't come back on since the car cooled but stuck it on a fault reader and the only thing came up was a fault with the Air Conditioning lol

Then again that may have something to do with my AirCon gas being empty at that time, (regassed it last week)

fitted a decat to mine, the light came on and off for a bit. After about a month it stayed on. im not worried about it.
Unless anyone thinks i should be? I expected the light to come on with the decat fitted anyway

It's the light that bottom right in orange, looks like a battery or something and says toxic fumes in the handbook, I'm just bit paranoid and don't Wana be using it if I shouldn't be
