Had this clio diesel 2oo4 plate since November and have had nothing but problems. It's already cost me hundreds-boot lock went, abs sensor,electric window, horn stopped working-and all appear to be "common problems with clios" which is really poor especially as it has FSH and has been maintained well.
latest problem is the toxic fumes light staying on( not flashing) .took to a garage who put on diagnostics, charged 20 quid and turned it off putting it down to cheap supermarket fuel My girlfriend has the same year clio-also diesel-and doesn't have this issue.
Mechanic suggested waiting till I've run two full tanks of quality fuel through it then resetting it again but I just can't see it being the fuel!
Any ideas cos I close to getting rid-thanks in advance
