Toyo's new proxes 4 or Yoko Parada spec 2?

  2003 Clio 1.2 16v 172 rep
I'm getting a new set of alloys for my car and the Dealer is offering me either Toyo's new Proxes 4 or Yokohama's Parada spec 2.

Does anybody have any experiences with either?

I know The Yokohama's look the nuts but i'm thinking about performance, wear rate and noise.

I was told to go for the Proxes 4 as they are a newly designed tire and in a while, prices will increase as this is an introductory offer.

Prices are relatively the same.
£80 extra over budget tyres for the Yoko's
and
£90 extra over budget tyres for the Toyo's.

Please help :D

Personally, I'd stick to 16"s. 17" ruin the handling.

I've had a set of Parada's on my car for most of last year, amazing in the dry, slightly less grip in the wet than the Pilots, but hard wearing, and great for track work. There are still good after Spa and 3 trips to the Ring.

/\ tis true, i seen em lol.

i always find that toyo's need replacing pretty quick - but in the dry they are uber sticky - a very soft compound
