Track Rod Ends

Came to track my car the other day at work to find my osf track rod nut has seized on! just wonderin how hard it is to replace the trackin rod itself! am going to do the ends either way was just wonderin is it worth it?

TRE's are not hard. It's not seized...

Lots of WD, knuckle ssaver snap-on/Mac spanner will see the locking nut off fine. Unless we're talking mk1 Clio?

Or hold some frozen pea bags around the track rod arm...(joke)

have had the oxy acetelene on it 2wice now and its not budging! think the grease may have dried up in the ends
