Track tyres - how much life left

Morning folks,

Looking at a 2nd hand set of tyres for my first track day. See picture below.

Realistically how much life would this set have left in them for track? They are yokohama A048s. Track is knockhill.

I use Nankang AR1, but any tyre should be good enough for your first time.

They are used by all the Ginetta race cars.
Highly recommended.

Yes, and they're quite a hard compound. I'd put in a fair few laps and get some heat in them before attempting a hot lap to be honest.

Used in the fun cup. I used to get them from Track Torque Racing in Tockwith, but it's been a while.

I got my Giti GTR2s from, Tyre Teck. Not actually used them yet, as @Mr Underhill said they do seem pretty hard but they come well reviewed and for the price I figured worth a punt.
