I used to run mine on my old 172 Cup at 32 front and 34 rear. 32 front and rear works well, but I liked the back to be loose at the limit and hate understeer and found having the rears a little harder helped.
Wear wise - depends how you driver, but being a front engine, front weight biased, front wheel drive - the front tyres take the brunt. One track day would destroy the front tyres outside shoulders. Car is quite light so not too hard on the rest of the tyres. At a push, I'd see 3 trackdays out of the fronts.
