Trade in prices

Im concidering trading in/selling my ph1 172. I know prices are very subjective things and no one can really give an accurate price without seeing the car.

Aa ph1 isnt something they would look to sell on, Id expect it to go off to auction or whatever they do. Looking at Parkers a Y2001 clio ph1 is worth around £3200 trade in which seems an awful lot these days. So I was wondering how much I could expect from say a Renault dealer or a local garage in comparason to this? Surely they have to base their prices on something? assume that Im trading it in for a 8-9k car or even a brand new one.

I think Parkers is due an update. I would say that would be a lot at trade in. Best thing to do is ask any random dealer and that will be good a base

yeah I was going to do that, I was wondering what they base their valuations on aswell!

They use things such as glasses guide & the like.
