Trading In

When it comes ot the day of selling or trading in my clio.

Whats the deal with trading in modified cars?

Will I get more money if it has aftermarket alloys, lowered, colour coded etc?~

Or am I better to hang on to all the various bits and pieces and restore to normal and sell the parts?

Anyone any comments or experience in this?

You wont get a penny more for your mods. You might even get offered less because they think boy racer meaning thrashed car.

IMHO your best bet is to either sell to another enthusiast, or revert the car to standard.

ok cheers guys, Have kept the original springs and wheels, Will keep exhaust and air box etc when I change those, Will mean a bit of money when it comes to selling fitting original springs etc but hopefully I will be able to sell all the parts on again.

Thanks again
