Transferring contacts to SIM

Just given my old iPhone to someone with a Blackberry Curve but she can't get her contacts onto the sim, Anyone able to shed some light on how to do it?

Cheers fella we just hoped there would be a way to do them all at once.

She put a couple of them onto her sim but they didn't show on the iPhone?

I think she has solved it by going one at a time onto the sim and the got them on the iPhone somehow.
