Translation app, takes photo of letter then translate?

I'm sure i've read about an app that takes a photo of a letter then translates it, such a thing exist?

There is scanners for computers that will do it but not sure that tech is in an app yet after a quick google.

Take photo of a letter in German,

Tranlates the text into English.

Got one on my phone, you can talk into it as well, and it will translate that too.

As said, World Lens is the one. I've used it although not in anger. Just trying it out really. Seemed quite good.
