Trax preperation



  Mk 3 1.2 16v
As we all know Trax is on sunday, and i want the car to be looking mint for the day.

the plan:

clay with the Mcguires Quick detailer
Pre wash
jet wash
another clean
then autoglym SRP
and dodo juice wax


any other ways to get a really good finish on the car its magna red if that helps

Pre foam, wash, dry, clay, wash, dry, polish, glaze, wax.

That's the order you need.

You could add some clearkote Red Moose Glaze in there to add depth to the paint.

I know it gets mentioned time and time again but why do people get the processes in the wrong order?? :S

Seems odd!
 
Glaze is basically a ... how the hell do you explain a glaze Richy?

It adds depth. You apply it much like a polish, but it can contain fillers to mask any marks, like swirls and RDS. Just brings the colour out as much as possible.
