Trickle charger

After one that can do two vehicles at the same time (Camper outside & Clio garaged). Any recommendations guys?

Not sure if such a thing exists?
Could get a solar panel charger for the one outside and have a mains one inside?

I use a ctek one myself, just use it every so often to top up the battery as I run an isolator so there isnt a constant drain on it
