Trip Computer - Current Consumption Missing

  182
Hi,

Just got my Clio 182 FF and have noticed that when I scroll through the trip computer display, it misses out 'Current Consumption'. Everything else displays fine, it just goes Average Consumption -> Estimated Range, totally skipping current consumption. Any ideas??

Thanks.

turn off the key, hold in the button on the end of the stalk and turn the key to acc. The dash will start to beep and flash just press the mileage reset button and turn off the keys again. After a few miles of calculations it will return again

What are the results it displays? On mine i've got
Mileage
Current MPG
Miles until next refill
Miles since refil

Not sure what the G is? and what others there are!

I wouldnt mind knowing the answer to this. I thought the same as you, I couldnt see current cons, only average.
I also dont get the number after mileage, anyone know what this is? It doesnt go to 0 when I reset it either.

I think my display is:

1. Mileage
2. Not sure
3. Gallons used
4. Avg mpg
5. Miles until refill
6. Miles since reset/refil
7. Something do to with cruise control, says SET.

I think thats it. But wheres current?!

2nd one is just another millage thing, but it doesn't effect the MPG calculator.

Why don't UK cars show it? I don't understand why Renault would do that.

Mind you, it's probably better not knowing ;)

Constant MPG display is considered distracting in the UK. It gives effectivley an current reading when it is reset as it works out the avearge over a shorter time.
