hmmm

my trip computer ant working correctly....

the mileage, distance and avg is working but not the bit when you estamate the filling up is flashing "------" ..... hmmm can anyone help, as anyone else had this problem

go for the full dash reset first...... search for it theres been a thread in here b4 m8

Once you get below a certain amount it stops showing how many miles are left and displays ------ instead.

well i have just top up with a full tank of petrol and still doing it...

hold the trip computer button down with the ignition off, turn the ignition on (still holding button down), should initiate the test function. Switch off and try again, see if it works then.

lol quite probable..

j is the error meassage,

J means a fault has been noted on the fuel gauge. It must have disconnected for longer than 100 seconds. The resistance from the fuel tank sensor needs to be between 5 and 350 Ohms.

how and where do i test this....

is this an easy thing to do
