Trip to KTec

Not many pictures but good day out!!

Went down with R1XPH and willst!

R1XPH got his car serviced, willst got some 15" turinis (which I think look better than the 16"

) and I got a KTR panel filter!

Boring drive down but I managed 47mpg out of the Monaco which was epic :star:

Gave it the beans on the way back and the 5k kick is insane :quiet:

Also were on Salisbury Plain on the way back for a small photo op but i didn't take many photos as my feet got muddy so used the spare mats to wipe my feet off and sat back in the car :nono:

nice!

those wheels won't stay white for long. I would have sealed and waxed them several times before even thinking of fitting them!

Wow it took a fair few comments before anyone mentioned it lol. Yes it does, and yes it will but it wont be until next month when my insurance is renewed and i can afford them with another pay check

Will be waxing and sealing them this afternoon

Great day out though and the guys at k-tec were wkd

Those white wheels looked really good in the flesh.
It's a shame everyone has them otherwise I'd consider getting them.
I quite liked those Ultralite wheels that they'd got on display. Might enquire how much for a set.

Cant afford coilovers atm tbh. Will go for ebaich springs. Probs 30 or 40, not decided yet, depends on insurance. My 1.4 got 52mpgs by the time i got home

and that involved a lot of keeping up with the others considering i had 4 alloy wheels in my boot lol.

I came from Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
It was quite a drive, but I didn't go all that way just for my exhaust.
Events transpired that allowed me to go to K-Tec to get my exhaust done, then drop in on a mate near Reading, then pick up a laptop DVD-RW drive from Leicester (that I won on eBay) on the way back.
