Red Snapper.

I've had mine for well over 5 years now and its seen some proper abuse. Mud/Snow/Rain and is generally just thrown about in the boot of the car. Nothing has broken, its sturdy and isn't that heavy either.

Just had a look and the seem to have changed all their tripods and improved them slightly, Think this is the equivalent to what i have though.

I started off with this one. It used to be £25 from Tesco but can't see it there anymore. It's been everywhere with me nice and light, goes to a low level (unlike the one you linked) and is solid.

You can hook your camera bag on too if you need a bit more weight not that I've ever needed it and I've used it in some fairly windy conditions.

I have since upgraded to a Manfrotto which is much heavier.

Invest in a good one, it'll last you years.

I have a Manfrotto 190xprob and 804rc4 head, around £180 for the two a few years ago. A lot more now though.
I've had 3 cheap ones, and found they didn't last at all. Buy cheap buy twice. I've got a Manfrotto BeFree it's super light and it fits in a back pack and it's amazing and I'm looking at getting the Manfrotto 055 XPro amazing product and amazing build quality
