Trophy nearly out of hibernation!

Nearly ready for the road again after being away for the winter. Done some jobs today after getting it back from the body shop. Just had the front end blown in to get rid of a few stone chips. Decided to fit new headlights instead of polishing the original ones, it's made such a difference. Just got the new splitter to fit when it's on the ramp

Needs a good wash and a polish But had more important jobs to do. New battery and alternator fitted, took the opportunity to fit a new Aux belt and tensioner kit, I really hate that job!

Last time I looked under the car when I fitted my new scorpion system.

I noticed one if the rear Sachs was looking a bit wet so I bought a pair and got them fitted today.

Pics of the old ones, spot the difference!

Going to give it a big service this week, engine oil and filter, gearbox oil and spark plugs + whatever else it needs ready for its MOT. Just got to decide if I Tax it or put it up for sale then!

The one in the garage is our new 172 Cup Racecar thread for it is HERE it's pretty much a (lot) lower budget clone of my old car that I sold last year, thread for that one is HERE

Had it on the ramp today to do a few jobs.

Got the splitter fitted

Started to give it a service too. Engine oil and filter done, spark plugs changed.

Going to get the gearbox oil done tomorrow night and clean and re oil the k+n element and make sure everything is ok for its mot later in the week.
