yeh, although ive done the same, bought a 106 rallye for £1100 and sold for £2800 so im not what to talk really.

So what if he paid £1 for it? As long as you buy it for a decent price thats all that matter, I purchased a car off a friend for £1200 that he got given free, it was worth near 2k, so i got a good deal, and am i miffed? Nope
