Trouble code explanation

I got these trouble codes in memory when i connect RSTuner:

DF0236 Ignition constant feed
DF0012 Airconditioning link

What are they? Are they connected with TDC sensor? Because my car wont start everytime and then i got these codes.

I can't find any workshop manual for clio 172 with trouble code explanation. For 197/200 i find it, but nothing for mine.
Any help?
