Has anyone got one of the renault tune points so you can plug your MP3/USB into your cars Cd player?

If so, Are they good ?
Can you control it from your headunit instead of having to use your iPod?
Where can you buy them from ?
Anyone got one for sale ?

I'd say it's better to buy an aftermarket headunit to be honest, you can get them for the same price as one of these usually.
