Hi guys, another one from me, this time I headed down to Bell & Colvill Lotus, to prepare one of their current collection for sale, this stunning Tungsten Silver Aston Martin V8 Vantage.
Being a few years old, the car just needed a general tidy-up and some solid protection applied to look after it.
A few before's -
The car was washed, decontaminated of tar, brake dust and general fallout through the use of dissolvers and clay mitt.
Quite a build up of tar on the rear end.
Once the car was washed and dried off, the interior was given a clean with attention being paid to the leather, first deep cleaned with Dr. Leather wipes, then fed and sealed by Zymöl Leather Feed.
The dash and plastics were cleaned with AF Spritz.
Exhaust pipes were brought back to life.
Before -
After -
Before -
Britework on the front was very pitted and watermarked, so this was polished back up!
Wheels were protected with GTechniq C2v3.
With time getting on I didn't manage to get many more 'during' photos, but the car was then given a wipe down and finished up in G3 Glasscoat as chosen by the dealership for their new cars.
Comments and chat always welcome!
