Tuning 172 sport

Hi

Been reading the various threads on tuning and there seems to be a few experts among us.

Been thinking about gasflowing and changing the cams on my 172 sport mark 2.

A: By gasflowing the head and changing the cams, will it make much difference in power

B: What are the best cams..Would like to fit throttle bodies, so is it worth doing head and cams or just the head?

What do you recommend doing?, what have you done?

see the article on throttle body the clock is ticking. Heres a guy putting TBs on a sport. If you gasflow the head, port the valves, put in other cams, put a Group N exhaust on it, the car you would be 200+ Bhp in total. I did not put the cams in on my Mk1 cause it runns like sh*t in thick traffic.
