TURINI’S

  Clio 172 Cup

Do u guys think its worth putting some 17" turinis on my CUP? I have the standard 16" ones on at the moment, and id like to stick to the same style.

Just wondering if its worth it? Just wanna fill that horrid gap between the wheel and the wing!!!

And would the ones on K-tecs site fit the Cup:

SPEEDLINE TURINI WHEEL & TYRE PACKAGE (17")
17" x 7" 205/40/17

thanks guys

20mm is no a lot though? Will it make the difference? got any pics of cups lowered like this with origianl turinis on?

The cup doesnt need to be lowered..roll doesnt equal bad handling..id love to try out a cup with the eibach kit and a standard one to see the diff..but i cant see anyone volunteering to lend me their cups! The lower you go the more geometery nightmares youll have. Id phone k-tec asking for some honest advice.

If you go for 17£ can get Turini in gold or white to make it stand out.

Think coilovers would be a smart move. Ktec do FK Automotive and Id recommend them if they do them for the cup.

Only trouble is 17" tyres being more expensive than 16" I would have thought.

FK Automotive do coilovers for the new shape clio inc 172 so cant imagine cup would be too different. You get camber adjustment also on the FK units. Realy good and supposed to have a lifetime warranty if fitted by an authorised dealer.

Please see my post in media & pics section - just got some white 17" turinis and havent yet lowered it. Not sure Im going to stick with the 17s, as they do cause a noticable reduction in acceleration.

Price for tyres shouldnt be any different, by the way.
