Turini Wheel Size

I've just bought a set of turini's off combine and when i measured them they was 20.5cm wide.

Now i thought turini's where 19.5cm wide????

how did you measure? cause you are supose to measure from the inside of the lip to the inside of the other lip.

outside of the lips i measured so they must measure 19.5cm on the inside.
