Turnini Renault Diamonds

Can you buy the little renault diamonds that are on the turini centre caps seperately?

Reason I ask is because my car came with them sprayed the same colour as the alloys, but I'm wanting them back chrome.

If not, how much is it for some 172cup turini centre caps?
