Whats the best 37" tv plasma or lcd. I mean make / model and where to buy. I have been to currys and comet. I would like freeview built in.

i went for the tosh 37WLT66. Can't fault it so far. I think its about £850 from dixons onilne with discount.

If it's Plasma then theres realy only one choice.

Panny PX60/600 series. Not sure if any other manufactures are still doing 37".

No definate idea on prices at the moment but probably around 1K for the PX60 and £1400 ish for the PX600 (tv I own).

Good TV that, I was looking at those, they've just updated it with the 37WLT68. Apparently though it's not worth paying the extra £300 or so over the outgoing model, I think you just get an extra HDMI and better speakers.
