TV Issue - Need Help

Hey users.

I have a TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom.

There both plugged into the wall outlets and I guess the apartment block has some kind of Ariel or dish somewhere.

Anyways, the problem.

When the TV is on in the living room and works fine and always does, but when we turn the TV on in the bedroom and the living room TV is off, it just constantly freezes and stutters.

So basically, if living room TV is on, bedroom works fine. If living room is off, bedroom just doesn't work!!

Anyone know why? Is this some kind of dodgy earthing or something?

Hope someone has knowledge of this as it's driving me mad.

There will be a signal booster somewhere in the block, mine is in a cupboard with the gas meters. Might just need to up the gain on it.

Why would it work fine when the living room TV is on though ?

Like i say, its only when the living room is off it freezes.

Do we not have any TV engineers on here ??
