Twin cat to a single cat?

Hello,i think my twin cat is on the way out,is there a direct replacement for it?Ive tried ebay to get a cheaper but they only do the single cat thats manufactured 01/01-02/01,and mine is 03/01.....help,thanks.

Twin cat is suposed to be better than the single ones. Best trying to find a used one on here


Does it have 1 or 2 lambda sensors?

Two,i did ask a company if it would fit mine(tha single one)and they said no,the replacement for mine doesnt come out til april this year!!!,how strange is that?

depends if you have single lambda or twin

Ive just had a look fred and the connecter pipe to the mid silencer has only one sensor,is that good?

Yes,on the passenger side,nothing on the drivers side.

its a twin sensor cat then, same as a phs2 172 box cat in terms of fitment
