Twingo 133 seatbelts

Had a nosey around a Twingo 133 yesterday and noticed it was equipped with some red/orange seatbelts; the interior on my Cup is a bit dull and thought that maybe adding these would improve the interior a little. Would this be a straight forward process or are the seatbelts fitted in the Twingo not suitable for a 197 ?

I can't see there being much difference
