Flol, I got caught by a copper when I was on the public highway on a competition motorbike that I'd just be tuning the carb on and needed to try out once about 20 years ago, I still dont know to this day how the hell I managed to get away with it, must have been my boyish good looks, i'd be screwed trying to rely on that these days, lol.

Thats an epic bit of fabrication 
You could get around the transient fuelling issues russ had when you snap the throttle open etc as well as you could damp down the user request so it moved a little more slowly etc.
Would be a huge amount of mapping to ever get it work WELL though, rather than just to work, so its only going to make sense as a labour of love or if done by a company who are making a kit to sell 100s of.

Is that manifold right for an F4R?
