Tyre Load/Speed Ratings

Had a sweet tax rebate today and was going to replace my rear tyres (hopefully before next week as its the MOT test). Just been nad had a look at the tyres and the fronts (new in May) are 195/50/R15 82V and they are a replacement to what was on there.
The rears were part worns thrown on last year to get it through the MOT test and they are 195/50/R15 82H

I wanted to get the same as the fronts as I am serious OCD like that (it annoys me that the rears are different to each other!), but is it wise to mix or change the load and speed ratings?

Want to get them ordered on Black Circles tonight for a next week fitting before Thursday as I go back to my parents to get it MOT tested (if it fails I have my step dad and his garage to help fix it). What do people suggest? Stick with the H rating on the back? Or match the front?

Actually....what does the H and V relate to?

Yeah, managed to find what H and V meant. Best go for V as I want to get some Proxes and then swap my new Kuhmo's to the rear and put the Proxes on the front.
