Tyre Pressure Help!

I have a clio 182 with the cup alloys. I want to know whats the best tyre pressure to put in for all round performance (handling, economy etc.) ?

please help, been told so many things, dunno what to put in.

what tyres do you have mate?

i have uniroyal rainsport 2 all way round. on the back they are 205/45 R16 83V and on the front they are 205/45 R16 33 V.

Anyhelp from any1 would be much appriciated.

I put 32 all round as it wears the paradas better but 32 in the front and 30 in the rear is what is in the michelin booklet at work...

Mines at 31 all round on Continentals.

All tyres look flat when they have 250kg mass on them...
