tyre pressure (search isnt working)

  R35 GTR
right, I know its 31 and 33, but dont know which is for front and which is rear. Tried using search, but nothing is coming up.

cheers.

Different people run different pressures, i'm running about 30 on the fronts and 26 on the rear, its just experimenting wiht a pressure that suits your style of driving and the weight of your car, so you get even tyre wear

Just out of interest.....why the **** do you put more pressure in the rear?????

There is less weight there, you ahve a suitable pressure for the weight being put on that axle.

By any chance do your rear tyres wear quicker int eh middle....becasue you are running too high a pressure.

if you run too high a pressure you get more wear in the middle, too low and more wear around the edges

I'll start playing with the pressures then, not sure I'll be able to spot any difference, I wouldnt know what to look/feel for. But I'll let you know how i get on.

Definitely more in the front though, shouldve realised this straightaway.doh.
cheers guys.

Basically vary the pressures by a few psi and see if the car handles/feels better, keep varying it and stop when you get to a good pressure, try not to go too far from the ones recommended in the book though
