Yes, they will fit the standard rims perfectly, and in fact the new 182 comes with 205s as standard, so theres not a problem.Quote: Originally posted by griff_90 on 07 January 2004
Is it possible to fit 205/45/16 size tyres onto the standard cup wheels? Sorry if its a stupid question but Ive been offered some S-02s in this size.

Echo?
Very tempted as they are £20 cheaper per tyre than the Goodyear GSD3s. Just dont want to lose any performance by going for a wider tyre.Quote: Originally posted by Rich-D on 07 January 2004

As for the S-02s get them, get them NOW!!!
Had a set of these on my 306 Rallye and they are by far the best tyres Ive ever had on a car!
I very much doubt youll see much, if any performance difference by going to a 205 tyre, but you should get more traction, and if Renault decided to fit them to the 182 there must be no problems...Quote: Originally posted by griff_90 on 07 January 2004

Yeah, 205s will fit 15" x 7J rims fine...Quote: Originally posted by lunner on 07 January 2004
Hummmm, would these fit to some 15x7 alloys? I have 195s on atm.
Wider tyre = more contact area = more grip = better tractionQuote: Originally posted by Adamf on 07 January 2004
Would getting 205s next be a benefit on my cup then?
