tyre wheel and spacing setup?

im looking to go back to 205/45/r16 tyres from my current 195/45/r16 tyres.

im currently running 20mm spacers all round and i get slight rubbing on the rear over bumps. (std cup wheels)

i would like to know what setup people are running and if you have any rubbing isues etc if so what have you done to solve the isues.
