U380 scanner error code help

Car has been running a bit rough recently so popped on the code reader to see if it brought anything up and i got the following but have not a baldy what they are, anyone please feel free to part your knowledge on the matter. So i have :
P0141- O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2)
P0300- Random/ multiple cylinder misfire
P0352- Ignition coil B primary/ secondary circuit malfunction

Any ideas?

0141 is your lambda sensor. got a decat or sports cat?

Thanks graham and i take it thats the up stream sensor(pre cat)? no neither but thats what i had attributed the running rough to at the moment so no surprise there.

going by this thread bank 1 sensor 1 is pre cat so would i be right in saying bank 1 sensor 2 is post cat then?

you cant look at codes individually its where so many people go wrong.
is the car missfiring?
its detected missfires so if it has/is missfiring i'd say all the faults are being caused by either a broken wire leading to the coil pack or the coil pack itself.
and its probably that thats put the lambda sensor fault up too.

Yeah i get what you mean ditz, coil pack is fine that was my first port of call. Getting awful mpg and the smell of petrol coming out of the exhaust so that lead me to the lambda before i had put on the code reader. Noticed a fine crack in the cat though to so thats being changed first

Hi Cro-Clio, what mpg is "awful mpg"?

at the minute im getting 20mpg and going down each time i drive the car so its probably alot worse than that.
Still havnt found out what p0300 and p0352 might be yet, after i have changed the lambdas i hope these will go away

My Clio was running rough as fook..the diagnostic machine came up with the o2 sensor before the cat was naffed..also had the engine management light on...changed it £42+vat from GSF and its running peachy pie again..and no light!!

Coil pack - when they go faulty they trigger the other two circuits off

Thanks Matt, i checked not long ago and it all seemed fine when i pulled them off one by one, i shall try again and see what the story is

would spark plugs trigger the same faults???

Possibly although its very unlikely it would be the plugs - coilpacks are very common for going wrong on these.

lambda changed, ran ok for a while then back to being lumpy. Changed the coilpack and no difference. Where now?
