Can I install and run beryl off the Live CD? Havnt really got enough HD space to install a 2nd OS

Beryl is not included on the Live CD and cannot be installed or run ontop of it.

Try Sabayon Linux, it does has Beryl on the Live CD.

Exactly some things don't have a point at all, they just get done because they can be done.

Many of the effects in Beryl you would not use day to day or even ever but they are available because they can be!

Already done it.. as in, in the past.. I still have an XGL system but dont have the wiimote configured for it anymore..

Its relativly simple to setup though.. heres some good info on it...
