ultimate springs?

I've been offered some "ultimate springs" for my 172 that lower it 40mm, but i've never seen this make before, has any one else or got any advice on them? chears.

£40 isnt much and you can always sell them on if you dont like how they ride.

i dont understand why people would buy a performance car and then put some cheap lowering springs on it? id save your cash and get a set of eibachs for it or just leave it standard
