undecided on a 182

Hi, (a few questions, sorry but would appreciate a little assistance)

I'm looking at a blk 182 2004- think I need to hear the good and the bad pls, I have been reading forums for days now and i'm still none the wiser, but I found it hard to walk away from the car!!!!. so, the car:
71k
full dealer service history- every 10k
cam belt done at 52k-ish
looks immaculate outside and in
1 owner
£2650
12 MOT

It all sounds good? I guess i'm just stressing about a few things:
would the aux belt of been done at the same time as the cam belt? and when would they need redoing? in the next 20k?
How would I know if the dephaser pulley needed doing or could I check for how worn it is?
Reading through the forums are these the main areas to keep an eye on due to the expense of repairing, how much to replace things like the dephaser and both belts?
As you can probably tell i'm not to technical but I got a need to get from A to B a little bit quicker than the average person! Can you also let me know about petrol costs, ideally- how much to fill it up and how many miles (literally) will I get? I understand between 25-35mpg depending on how I drive it!

thanks guys..

check through all receipts and paperwork he has for services etc, its cheaper if you get the cambelt. aux. dephaser done at the same time, cambelt is every 5yr or 72k and aux belt every 3 year or 36k which ever comes first.

I see between 35-38mpg currently (the latter at present).
That's mixed driving. Great cars, but def make sure belts have been done properly. If you can.
I love mine, even the little rattles are bearable!

Sounds quite cheap. Check all the receipts if there is any, if not find out the garage and give them a ring, they might have it on their system.

If its only one owner then thats a good thing. Is it all done by the same place?

MPG wise you'll get between 30 and 40.

Both belts, and pulley will cost about £6-700 quid from a decent garage. I don't think there is a way of being able to check it, apart from the noise it can make when cold.

If you really don't really know what your looking at might it be worth getting a AA inspection or something similar done for peace of mind?
