Uninstalling Ubunutu (sp)

It's an OS so you don't uninstall it. You format the drive or partition. If you've been dual booting then you'll probably need the Windows disc in order to sort out the booting.
 
Partition magic or use the ubuntu liveCD and use the gparted application under admin.

Delete the linux partition, then resize the windows partition to use 100% of the disk.

You'll need to get rid of the boot manager. Look on ubuntuforums.org. You'll find a couple of step by step guides.
