Unlocking a vodafone iphone?

Cana anyone help with this, anyone ever done it?

I have looked online, i even completed an online form on their website but the reply was that they were unable to issue a code and couldn't verify the email address.

Unlocking an o2 iPhone was easy but this one seems complicated.
